Primary Responsibilities:

  • Have the ability to create new and nurture strong relationships with clients,
  • Be able to discover new service opportunities within existing accounts,
  • Demonstrate a passion and ability for processes, and organization to ensure seamless client service,
  • Demonstrate an ability to accomplish goals despite obstacles while using all resources efficiently
  • Understand and identify opportunities to improve the client or guest experience by being attentive to cleanliness and surroundings,
  • Create a spirit of cooperation, openness to other’s perspectives, and remain positive under pressure, and
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to problem solve and make good decisions.
  • Find and research businesses that would benefit the Company
  • Perform outbound calls
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
  • Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position, manage and update the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management

Helpful Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role or industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Work ethic: be dependable, punctual, and reliable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and staff development skills
  • Exceptional problem solving, decision making, analytical skills
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
