About the Role

The Reporting Analyst will create and maintain reporting for Health and Medical sales managers across the US providing timely and thorough insight into their business. They will also be responsible for the further development of advanced analytics tools to aid in decision making by leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Manipulate large databases to transform raw data into business information that will help management achieve specific business objectives
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate sales, pricing, and profitability on an ongoing basis
  • Design report templates for each of approximately ten separate sales manager roles
  • Lead the development of various dashboards, scorecards, and management/sales reporting initiatives
  • Develop interactive tools that provide effective "scenario" analyses for key users
  • Write and conduct complex SQL queries and work with other data extraction, reporting, and analytic tools such as BW to create reporting
  • Identify areas for improvement and automation in the current data/reporting environment and create/manage action plans to implement such enhancements
  • Assist in the calculation and processing of quarterly bonus payments for the Health and Medical sales force
  • Communicate and hold frequent meetings with representatives from the sales organization

Ideal candidate will have the following experience and skill-sets

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Finance, Programming, or Business Intelligence or Analytics environment
  • Bachelors degree required; preferably in an analytics or finance-related field
  • Experience with SAP/Vistex, Business Warehouse (BW), MS Office Suite, and Business Objects
  • Expertise in MS Power BI and SQL required
  • Proven ability to work comfortably with higher management
  • Project Management skills a plus
  • Strong presentation skills. Need to be comfortable presenting complex information to large and small audiences often with Q&A and tutorials
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Good organizational skills. Need to be able to manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis
