Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing digital marketing for new and existing customers
  • Executing and managing media campaigns
  • Create and manage lifecycle email communications with prospects and customers via marketing automation to include email blasts
  • Managing all changes and updates to the ecommerce site including:
    • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the site
    • Developing and managing all online promotions
    • Revising strategies to drive qualified and convertible online traffic to the site
    • Responsible for planning and budgetary controls of all digital marketing for the site
    • Manage and develop the digital CRM strategy via emails and ecommerce
  • Managing all social media account/website, including Facebook, PFI website and LinkedIn and the effectiveness, including search traffic
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, SEO and PPC advertising while ensuring on time delivery and within the budget
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Assist with website maintenance, new site launches, and updates
  • Manage and evolve our social presences to generate brand awareness and demand
  • Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
  • Manage and develop the digital CRM strategy via emails; Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Maintain excellence in digital media and future technology marketing understanding and be an ambassador for digital within the business

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing with leadership experience
  • Demonstrated measurable experience in planning, developing, and implementing email and content strategies
  • Experience with Word Press, ecommerce plug-ins, Google Analytics and Email Service Providers
  • Understanding of digital campaign analytics, reporting, and project management
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • High energy and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
