Job Description:

Responsibilities will include assessing candidates, client management, new business development and pipeline generation. It is expected that you will proactively execute an end to end recruitment process by understanding talent attraction and selection challenges, as well as business priorities. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive talent sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pools and pipelines. By consistently applying excellent client and stakeholder management approaches to talent attraction, you'll ensure a professional hiring manager and candidate experience.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or other related sales leadership role.
  • Comfortable conducting detailed intake sessions to understand the business requirements and translate it into a solution-based recruiting strategy with Managers to C-Suite clients.
  • Serve as a trusted hiring partner to our clients, assisting in the discovery and hiring outstanding talent.
  • Executive presence; effective listener with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in proactive sourcing of passive candidates.
  • Ensure qualification match, cultural fit, skills and experience compatibility.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance.
  • History of collaborating with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of comfort working with and negotiating with clients and candidates.
  • Intellectually curious and creative problem solver.
  • Extraordinary self-starter, ability to multi-task, be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Linked-In, Bullhorn and HubSpot experience a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary
