Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing various vital HR related functions and operations

  • Owning critical HR projects/initiatives

  • Manage the company’s Performance management procedures in collaboration with managers by:

  • Coaching managers on conducting performance reviews

  • Ensuring managers are following through with conducting and recording performance reviews

  • Following up with managers throughout the year on performance management and when needed improvement plans and disciplinary meetings ensuring  appropriate legal and company documentation

  • Collaborating with managers on completing year-end reviews

  • Manage on-boarding processes by:

  • Setting up new hire profiles in ADP

  • Conducting and tracking anti-harassment training

  • Managing benefits eligibility

  • Manage employee insurance coverage by:

  • Documenting, reporting, and filing FMLA, Disability, Paid Family Leave, Workers’ Comp, and unemployment claims

  • Support healthy employee relations by:

  • Advising/supporting employees improving professional relationships

  • Remediating employee conflicts as needed

  • Training and engaging managers

  • Support Payroll and Talent Acquisition as needed

As Needed:

  • Own and execute various critical HR projects/ initiatives, such as:

  • Establish project tracking and management in ADP for, performance management, and others

  • Develop and execute manager training's for influencing and empowering managers to take greater accountability in relevant hiring processes and developing and managing healthy employee relationships

  • Develop reporting to ensure compliant; once per year

  • Manage EEO-1 and EEO-2 data reports and pay data for workforce; once per year

  • Administrative HR work as needed

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR operations and leadership

  • Experience creating and implementing policies and procedures, including training and development programs that are compliant with all state and federal requirements

  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy, high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively to leadership on-site and remotely

  • Experience with HRIS systems, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft office suite, payroll and timekeeping systems

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
