The Sales Analyst provides data, reports and insights to support the commercial team and the commercial processes

Responsibilities: 

•Actively maintains key market data and the tools provided to the sales team (e.g. LED, SFA) supporting the team in managing the relationships with external suppliers
•Proactively collects all the KPIs to be monitored from the customers both internally (e.g. SAP, …) and externally (e.g. distributors, key accounts, …) with the support of the sales team
•Assist the sales team and the Commercial Development director in developing/reviewing the budget, the forecast and the rolling forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
•Provides agreed reports to be issued on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis and supports the creation of all documentation required for periodical internal business reviews and meeting with customers
•Proactively generates both standard and customized reports to support the commercial team and commercial processes on sales, marketing, pricing, business planning and product management with key insight and proposed actions
•Supports the creation of RFP with the sales team
•Tracks and measure field sales team results and implementation activities against agreed targets and guidelines

Qualifications: 

•3+ years experience as sales analyst
•Experience in consumer goods industry is preferred
•Excellent analytical skills, advanced use of Excel and Power Point
•BA/BS Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing Mgmt.
