We are seeking a senior manager or director, operations, depending on experience, to lead our forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management. The role will include responsibility for coordinating with our sales team, restaurants, distributors, and warehouses to keep our planning system updated. Our ideal candidate will have significant energy, tenacity, passion for food, and classical training and/or growth brand experience.

We need the right partner who is a self-starter, has a passion for growing brands, and has a demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations with limited resources, create strategic plans, and execute with agility to drive revenue and profitability.



  • Leadership of the S&OP process
  • Oversight and refinement of processes, targets, and metrics
  • Coordination with sales to translate our distribution and promotion plans into our forecasting software and revise monthly
  • Collaboration with the sales team in analyzing promotions to increase efficiency
  • Demand planning with our plant managers and procurement team to ensure appropriate production schedules and corresponding raw and pack materials supply
  • Leveraging of ERP and SPINS/IRI data to increase accuracy and reduce bias
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of shipment trends and with accompanying insights into gross sales and velocity vs. forecasts
  • Key inputs into monthly and quarterly financial reviews with management team
  • Accountability for our KPIs with distributors and their KPIs with our retailer partners, including by leveraging our software to proactively manage third-party performance
  • Management of our inventory levels for warehouse and VMI (vendor managed inventory) customers
  • Coordinate with management and finance to ensure any product formula updates or new products are reflected in our company’s ERP
  • Collaborate with and influence logistics team on booking shipments
  • Lead selection and coordination of shipping consolidator(s) as necessary

  • BA/BS
  • 6-10 years or equivalent experience in CPG operations and demand planning, preferably with emerging brand experience
  • Experience leading teams, hiring, and developing talent
  • Experience motivating and leading cross-functional teams and external partners without formal authority
  • Aptitude using the Microsoft Office suite, SPINS and IRI, and distributor reports
  • Strong forecasting and analytical ability
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Travel up to 10%
