Job Description

  • Lead National Customer Development strategies and plans with a formal JBP (Joint Business Planning) process
  • Ensure development and execution of consistent process across the organization in the areas of selling, store level planning and ins-store execution of core objectives, while enhancing customer relations
  • Interact with top management regarding all aspects of the customers business issues and opportunities
  • Form a strategic partnership with the customers senior management:
  • Represent “centralized objectives” to senior managers responsible for planning business strategy
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities to shape the customer’s current and future business practices to grow brand share while strengthening company as a preferred vendor partner
  • Coordinate communication between the customer and senior sales and division management teams

Grow Business Profitably– Insure delivery of share, volume, cost and profit targets

Build Organizational Excellence– Drive coaching, training and leadership development of direct reports and all account team resources

Grow the Customers Business– Align customer strategies and needs with company key Strategies to drive improved performance

Ensure Superior Retail Execution– Develop communication strategy that supports executional excellence

Ensure Superior Customer Service– Lead major business reviews and customer visits, lead collaboration process with customer
