What is the Charlotte Business Journal 2020 Best Place to Work Award?
This is an award for companies in the Charlotte region that have the best benefits, atmosphere and, most importantly, engaged employees. The company must have 10 or more employees and have been in business for at least two years. The awards are open to companies in the Charlotte region including counties in North and South Carolina (Alexander, Anson, Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stanley and Union; and Chester, Chesterfield, Lancaster and York.)
This achievement is especially honorable because it’s based on survey responses from employees of each nominated company. Once the nominations are placed, the Charlotte Business Journal and partner Quantum Workplace will send a survey to all of your employees, asking about everything from benefits to office culture. Honorees are selected by analyzing these responses.
